Return & Refund Policy

At IT Support On Demand, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are custom-made and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners, the following return and refund policy applies.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Any claims regarding misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
To submit a claim, please contact our support team and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility or that of our fulfillment partner, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Once the claim has been verified, we will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to our fulfillment facility, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs associated with sending the order again.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not claimed and is returned to our fulfillment facility, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Unclaimed returned products may be donated to charity or otherwise disposed of after a reasonable holding period if reshipment arrangements are not made.
Returns and Buyer's Remorse
Because many of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer's remorse
Change of mind
Personalized or custom-made products
If you wish to offer a return request for reasons other than product defects, please contact us. Approval of such requests is at our sole discretion.
Health and Hygiene Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once opened.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene concerns.
EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized products.
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Accordingly, IT Supports On Demand reserves the right to refuse returns of such products where permitted by applicable law.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
